By placing an order, you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We reserve the rights to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions, you should not continue into purchasing your item(s).


All orders are purchases made via our checkout process. You are given the opportunity to check and correct any errors pertaining to your order, and are deemed responsible should there be any errors in this process. We will send you an invoice to your registered email, as an acknowledgement of your order. Our acceptance of an order takes place once we have received the order and


Due to the limited quantity of our products that we produce, you are able to purchase certain products that are out of stock on our website (coming soon). If you would like to pre-purchase while the stock is not available, please contact us directly via email, telephone or Instagram (direct message). During sale period, dispatch can take up to 5 – 14 business days (not including delivery time).

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and/or Indonesian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day subject to availability. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/message with the shipping tracking number.


You are able to request for item(s) with your own measurements. These orders are subject to additional charges – Rp.150,000/item. Dispatch of your purchase may vary depending on intricacy of such item(s). Please contact us directly for further inquiry.
Please note: Be sure to note down the CORRECT measurements, as there are no returns or exchanges on these items.

Returns and

Please contact us at info@taleoftwoatelier.com and please indicate your intention in order to return the unsatisfactory product.
Please note the following for approval of returns and exchanges:

  • Product must be in sellable condition with all original tags attached.
  • In the case that the item does not meet customer size requirement, it may be returned and exchanged for the same item in the correct size.
  • Please keep proof of transaction (i.e. invoice, etc) and notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered from the original condition and tags must be intact on the garment.
  • For returned items, there will be no reimbursement on shipping and handling costs. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer.


Please contact us at info@taleoftwoatelier.com for all faulty items that have been purchased directly from us.
Items that are faulty must first be approved and acknowledged by us through photographs sent to our email before the refund can be processed. Once the item(s) have been received back, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed back to the designated account that was used to purchase such items. You will also receive a notification via email. Kindly keep all communication throughout this process. Please note: Only faulty items are subject for reimbursements.


We will notify the customer if there are any cancellations that might occur.
Reasoning for cancellations:

  • Order inputs that are incorrect or incomplete. Please input the orders correctly.
  • Product out of stock. We will notify customers once the item(s) are restocked.

Please note: Once payment has gone through, customers are not entitled to cancel their order.

Color and

Pricing and availability of our products are subject to change without prior notice,
unless the order has been invoiced to you. Prices shown online are set in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Any custom/special orders or individual requests that are outside our regular policies and/or terms and conditions, pertaining to your order, can result in additional charges. These additional charges will be notified to you.
Please keep all the communications throughout the purchase process.

For delivery outside of Indonesia – any import taxes or duty charges is the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.


For customers within Indonesia, payments can be made via bank transfer to our Permata Bank account. Details are given to you on the invoice once you have input your order.
Please note: Customers outside Indonesia must also make payments to our Indonesian Bank Account. International transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
