Do you provide express delivery?
We provide Sameday / Instant delivery services in Bali. However, our policy is that we require the customer to have someone at the location to retrieve it when we make the delivery.

Processing, shipping times and cut-off
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 09:00 AM – 14:00 PM WITA for Ready Stock Items, excluding holidays and/or Indonesian public holidays. Orders placed after cutoff time, on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day subject to availability. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/message with the shipping tracking number.
Do note for Pre-Orders, they take an approximate 3-7 days to process

Refund/ Return/ Exchange
Please contact us at email@example.com for all faulty items that have been purchased directly from us.
Items that are faulty must first be approved and acknowledged by us through photographs sent to our email before the refund can be processed. Once the item(s) have been received back, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed back to the designated account that was used to purchase such items. You will also receive a notification via email. Kindly keep all communication throughout this process. Please note: Only faulty items are subject for reimbursements.

Please note the following for approval of returns and exchanges:
Product must be in sellable condition with all original tags attached.
In the case that the item does not meet customer size requirement, it may be returned and exchanged for the same item in the correct size.
Please keep proof of transaction (i.e. invoice, etc) and notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered from the original condition and tags must be intact on the garment.
For returned items, there will be no reimbursement on shipping and handling costs. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
